Wes Finch
President & Chief Executive Officer
Wes is the founder of Commodore II. He is responsible for advancing the vision of Commodore through sound commercial development and prudent operational execution. Previously, Wes was the Co-Founder of Flowpoint Water Solutions. He also has previously served on the executive management team at Phoenix Lease Services, driving commercial development and company growth in the Permian Basin, with focused efforts on water management services.

Ian Denholm
Chief Financial Officer
Ian has held executive leadership roles in the energy sector for last 10 years, including a history of leading successful startups to high growth and successfully exiting companies. Ian previously served as Director of Finance and CAO at Academy Drilling and ProPetro (including through a successful IPO). He received his M.S.A. Accounting, and B.S. from Texas Tech University.

Mitchell Tucker
VP of Sourcing & Land Development
Mitchell is responsible for the analysis and implementation of water source acquisition, infrastructure design, and project execution at Commodore II. Prior to joining Commodore, Mitchell played an instrumental role in water right/source acquisitions throughout the Eagle Ford Shale and Permian Basin for Select Energy Services and Layne Christiansen. Mitchell received his B.S. in Water Resources from Texas State University.

Joe Ortega
Chief Operating Officer
Joe Ortega brings 10+ years of experience in water management. Joe has the experience of managing over 250 employees, while accurately procuring and tracking the storage, transfer and delivery of over 100 million barrels of water, over the past 3 years. Commodore is proud to have such a high caliber team member leading our operations.

Harris Napier
VP of Land
Harris is responsible for managing owned surface, landowner relationships, and business development. He has held water management positions in Pennsylvania/Ohio/West Virginia, East Texas/Louisiana, and West Texas over the past 11 years. He has called Midland home since 2015. Harris received his B.A. in Economics and MBA (Energy Focus) from Texas Christian University.
